These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the Dautari website, applications, features, services, and related platforms (collectively, the "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Dautari.

By using Dautari, you represent and warrant that:

Dautari may remove, restrict, verify, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear to contain fraudulent or misleading information.

5. User Content

"User Content" means information, text, photographs, videos, profile descriptions, messages, comments, interests, and other material submitted, uploaded, transmitted, or displayed by you through Dautari.

You remain responsible for your User Content.

By uploading or submitting User Content to Dautari, you represent that:

You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
The content does not violate another person's rights.

You grant Dautari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide the Service.

You may remove User Content through available account features, subject to technical limitations, legal requirements, security requirements, and our retention obligations.

6. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, send, publish, display, or distribute content that:

Dautari may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe creates a safety, legal, security, or operational risk.

7. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to use Dautari to:

Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another person.
Send unwanted or excessive messages.
Spam users.
Attempt to obtain another user's password or account credentials.
Collect or scrape user information without authorization.
Use automated bots, crawlers, scripts, or other automated systems without written permission.
Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
Circumvent security, authentication, or access controls.

8. Dating and Personal Safety

Online dating involves inherent risks. You are responsible for making your own decisions about who you communicate with and whether you meet someone in person.

Dautari strongly recommends that users:

Never send money to someone you have met online without independently verifying their identity and circumstances.
Avoid sharing passwords, banking credentials, OTPs, citizenship documents, passport information, or other sensitive information.
Be cautious when sharing your home address, workplace, financial information, or exact location.

You interact with other users at your own discretion and risk.

9. Reporting and Blocking

You should report:

Scams
Harassment
Threats
Impersonation
Fraud
Sexual exploitation
Suspicious behavior
Prohibited content
Other violations of these Terms

Dautari may investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include:

Removing content

Removing a profile
Suspending an account
Permanently terminating an account
Restricting access to particular features

24. Limitation of Liability

Ltd., Dautari, its owners, employees, officers, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

Interactions with other users.
Content posted by users.
Offline meetings.
Fraud or deception by another user.
Loss of data.
Loss of profits.

Service interruption.
Third-party services.
Any other event related to use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
